Being True to Your Design
If you have ever had a reading with Astrology, Hand Analysis, Human Design, Numerology, Personology (Face-reading), Enneagram, Myers-Briggs, DNA Activations, and many other systems, there is a good chance you resonated with something being true about you.
These fall into the larger category of “personality typing systems.” Each has its own way of ‘typing’ you. They all have truth in them.
Some are based on your birth information like Astrology and Human Design. Some are calculated from a survey like the Enneagram or Myers-Briggs. Some are based on your physical being, like Personology (Face-reading) and Hand Analysis — reading your markings on your body.
If you’ve had multiple personality type readings, and they say the ‘same thing’ like ‘you are a teacher’ (all mine say this in some way), there is a reason.
Your body is your soul map. No matter what system is used, no matter how it’s languaged, it absolutely SHOULD be saying something similar, if the reader knows what they are doing. If the reader is applying the system they have learned.
Your “body is your soul map” means that you have a soul agreement in this life time. You’ve chosen, whether you agree or not, before the soul enters, the body you inhabit. There is a purpose for your incarnation. It’ s not accidental. It’s purposeful.
Dr. Michael Newton, Hypnotherapist, at one point had regressed about 10,000 clients to their ‘lives between lives.’ As Shirley MacLaine reports it in her book, Sage-ing While Age-ing most of the souls choose the body to inhabit at about 4 months after conception because there is enough brain tissue.
Obviously by that time you are also choosing your sex, race, parents and family, country of origin, body type, etc. It’s all part of the package of soul contract.
That is the same time the fingerprints are fully formed. The Hand Analysis system I use, based on research by Richard Unger, Director of the International Institute of Hand Analysis, discovered reading medical books that the fingerprints are fully formed by 16 weeks after conception in most cases. Four months — same time as the brain tissue.
There are two more regular types: arch and tented arch. Then there are some that are combinations of these fingerprint types.
The fingerprints never change, which we know from crime movies and TV shows. Your fingerprints are used for your identification. Your soul agreement is an identity for you.
Richard’s insights connected the fingerprints to Life Purpose and Life Lesson, which are also unchanging. So you have a Life Purpose and Life Lesson already in place when the soul chooses the body. No accident.
That means that any system worth its salt that ‘types’ you should be in alignment with the soul agreements and contracts you have made before birth. If they don’t, I’d question the reader, not the system.
I’ve had readings with Human Design, Personology, Enneagram, Myers-Briggs plus I studied Astrology for 20 years and Numerology for a couple of years. And I’ve been a Master Hand Analyst for 30 years, having read over 50,000 hands. I see the correlations across the systems.
I’ve had thousands of clients tell me, “Oh that’s what my astrology chart says.” Or “That’s exactly what the Human Design says but in a different way.”
Or they tell me something from another system and I can point out how it shows up in their hands. It may not be fingerprints. It may be a line formation, for example.
From all these systems the emerging repeated conversation about me is using language like being wise, sharing wisdom, being a teacher, noticing people’s behaviors and relationship dynamics and wanting to engage in deep conversations with people. Plus, being a spiritually-oriented being. Each system has some language that points in this direction. I get it. It’s redundant in type yet each has its own phrasing. I appreciate hearing the same information shared in different ways because it broadens the scope of conversation.
Your soul map, your body, tells the truth. I know from personal experience that you can try to resist, but why would you? Resistance makes life hard. Really. Knowing your design, decoding your design and being true to your design makes life easier. It’s your body, your hands, your face! They are subsets of the same map.
You’ve probably heard the phrase, “Wherever you go, there you are!” Well, yes because your body is right there with you!
To me, the value of knowing about who you are from a system that has studied millions of people’s patterns and correlated data is that the system is accurate. It can provide a short cut to the ‘bottom line’ of your design. It can relieve some of the pressure of feeling like you have to act or be like somebody’s picture of you. There is so much freedom in following your design, and not trying to fit in to somebody else’s needs for you to be ‘their way.’ How many stories I’ve heard about people diminishing what feels aligned for them because somebody important in their life is not comfortable with it. Yikes!
It breaks my heart. And I’ve been there. I’ve given up parts of me in some relationships. It sucks. Until I learned about my design. And applied what I learned.
I also know from reading over thousands and thousands of hands that no two hands are the same. Even yours are not the same on your left and right hands. Not exactly.
So…no two people have the exact same design, or the same filter to look at life, or from which to make choices. Your design is unique to you. There may be some similarities but the ‘exact match’ doesn’t exist.
The more you are true to your design, the more aligned you will feel inside you. Ultimately it will lead to relationships that are happier, where you don’t have to keep compromising who you are to stay in a relationship.
Being true to your design is soul satisfying.
